Main Hall
Licensed for 200 seated or 300 standing. The Hall has a sprung floor and permanent stage with lighting loft. It is marked with a Badminton Court and has 3 x 45’ bowls mats on an electric winder.
Meeting Room
Available for small meetings of up to 35
Kitchen
Equipped with range cooker, fridge & plate warmer and crockery & cutlery for 100 place settings.
In addition we have 160 chairs, 15 large tables (6’ x 3’) and 10 small tables (3’ x 3’). The Hall is fully licensed by PRS and PPL for the performance and playing of recorded music. Temporary Events Licences (TENS) are available from South Hams District Council to permit the sale of alcohol.
Weddings
For wedding receptions and parties we have the fixings for an internal marquee, which can be hired from Hatch Marquees of Loddiswell.
